Our Mission

To answer the call of Jesus to be disciple-makers.

The WORD Ministry is a unique opportunity for men and women to allow God to move deeply into their hearts and lives. Through training in discipleship, spiritual disciplines, sharing personal testimonies, service, and growing in community with other men and women, we are developing fully engaged followers of Jesus.

W.O.R.D is an acronym for:

  • Worship

But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him. 24 God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.

    ~John 4:23-24 (ESV)

  • Obedience

You are my friends if you do what I command you.

    ~John 15:14

  • Relationship

By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.

    ~John 13:35 (ESV)

  • Disciple Making

And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

    ~Matthew 28:18-20 (ESV)
